- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at honiofficial.2024@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item. We prioritize hygiene standards for our products, and all received exchanges will undergo a quality assessment by our team, following which they will be approved or declined for exchange.
-Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a exchange if:
- The product(s) are returned after use.
- The products are damaged.
-Once the exchange is confirmed, you must ship the item back to us, providing the tracking ID in the same email thread to honiofficial.2024@gmail.com. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
-If you have received a defective product, kindly share images with us at honiofficial.2024@gmail.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
-Please be aware that exchanges are applicable for the same product but only for a different size. Availability is subject to stock, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the size you require. If the desired size is unavailable, we will refund the amount.
